With abundant technology and advanced detection methods, MengLing developed "MengLing" brand building scaffolding cast steel fasteners, which production process was granted invention patent by the state intellectual property office, and won the provincial scientific and technological progress second prize and the national key new product award. The products are and exempted from inspection of the technical supervision of Shandong Province. The large gear case of complex Thin-walled cavity structure was produced by the technology of expendable pattern casting (EPC)消失模（lost foam） process, which was developed through absorption, digestion and independent innovation, and obtained Industrial Design. The invention patent of production method has passed the preliminary examination by the state intellectual property office and won the China international patent & brand expo gold award. Solid mold casting gear case filled the domestic blank, and been listed as a national torch program projects and national key new products by the national ministry of science and technology. In the fourth session of the international non-ferrous and special casting exhibition solid mold casting gear case won gold prize. The ZL40, ZL50 loaders which production adopted international standard were evaluated for grade A by national construction machinery quality supervision and inspection center.
